Body Stories #5 Are we born feeling worthy? A deep chat with Randi Buckley.

Your worthiness isn’t a question, it’s your birthright.

Are we born feeling worthy and then (for some) learn not to be? The brilliant Randi Buckley and I discuss this and more! Including:

  • The idea that “you have to love yourself before someone else can love you” might just be an old tired saying.

  • Boundaries mean different things to different people at different times in their lives.

  • You can let go of concepts or ideas that aren’t working for you when you try to create healthy boundaries and find the ones that do.

  • Research shows that children need just 1 person who sees them in a different light to help them foster their self esteem and self worth.

  • Weaponized incompetence and not always being the one who takes responsibility for everything.

Welcome to the podcast. Let’s go deep.
